Auto Save:
What was it not passed. Now you can forget about saving manually. Auto Save feature in Mac OS X Lion automatically saves the changes in the work – you need not worry about it. Instead of creating additional copies, Mac OS X Lion stores the changes in the working paper, to efficiently use disk space. Lock feature allows you to protect documents from accidental conservation and automatically lock it after two weeks. A reset function displays the document in the form in which it was at last opened, so you can always start over from scratch.

Versions:
Make sure each step. Versions feature keeps a record of changes to the document as its creation. Mac OS X Lion automatically creates a version of the document each time you open it, and every hour of work with him. If you need to go back to the old version or browse the document, the function Versions will open the document next to a chain of previous versions (interface similar to Time Machine), so you can track all phases of work. You can return to the latest version of the touch or a quick copy and paste part of an older version of the current version of the document.

Where you left off. If you had to reboot the Mac, you know what it takes. First you need to save your work and all applications, and then spend time and get everything back to its original state. Thanks to the Resume all of these procedures in the past. Function “Resume” to reboot Mac – for example, after a software update – and instantly return to work. All your applications will appear in the same places where you left them. When you finish and then run the application, the function of “Resume” opens it’s just the way you left it. You do not have to start all over again.

Mail 5:
Whole new perspective on e-mail. As well as the Mail on iPad, Mail 5 in Mac OS X Lion offers a new design that uses a wide screen of your Mac to the max. You can view all messages in the mailbox or open a selected message to the entire height of the screen. In the new panel Mailbox, you can open favorite folders with a click. In addition, Mail 5 offers a powerful new way to search, which allows you to quickly and easily find the message you want, even in the largest share.

Keep the conversation. Mail 5 offers also feature “Conversations” – a new convenient tool for reading and working with email, which automatically groups messages of a conversation, even if the subject line is changed during correspondence. Simply select the email in your inbox to open a chain of individual messages in chronological order. You can save all correspondence or remove it.

AirDrop:
Wireless file sharing. Thanks to AirDrop in Mac OS X Lion, you can send files via wireless network. AirDrop function does not require installation or configuration. Just click the icon in the sidebar AirDrop Finder, and your Mac will automatically find a number of other people using AirDrop. You can even see pictures of contacts for those who already have in your address book. To send a file, simply drag it over the user’s behalf. And if they agree, the file will go straight into his folder “Downloads”. After completing the transfer of files, simply close the Finder, and your Mac will no longer be visible to others.

Fully updated system FileVault:
A new level of security. Now the data on your Mac even more reliably protected by 128-bit XTS-AES encryption at the disk level. The initial encryption of all data in the background – quickly and discreetly. Also, FileVault encrypts all external drives and provides the ability to instantly delete all data with your Mac.

Lion Server:
Just a great server. Lion Server is now included in the package of Mac OS X Lion. You can easily configure your Mac as a server and use a variety of services that offer Lion Server. Here are just some of the new features that make server management has become even faster, easier and more efficient than ever before.

Easy setup:
Lion Server will help you set up Mac as a server. All functions of the local and remote administration – access for users and groups, delivery notification, file sharing, calendars, mail, contacts, chat, Time Machine, VPN, Internet and wiki – in one place.

Profile Manager:
Profile Manager offers easy to configure and manage devices, Mac OS X Lion, iPhone, iPad and iPod touch based on the profiles. It integrates with existing directory services and automatically update the profiles with the help of the service Apple Push Notification.

Wiki Server 3:
Wiki Server 3 makes it easy to collaborate, share and exchange information. Users can quickly switch between the home page and the section “My Home”, “Updates?, ?Wiki?, ?Community” and “Podcasts”. Now file sharing is now even easier, and with a new editor page setup can be done in a jiffy.

File Sharing for the iPad:

The Mac version of the popular productivity software will make its debut in three flavors: Office for Mac Home and Student 2011, Office for Mac Home and Business 2011 and Office for Mac Academic 2011. Home and Student 2011, which includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Messenger, will retail for $119 for an individual install and $149 for a Family Pack (three installs).

Office for Mac Home and Business 2011 will retail for a higher price: $199 for one install and $279 for two installs. However, it comes with a significant addition: Outlook for Mac, which replaces the less capable Entourage e-mail client. The Academic edition of Office, which includes all of the features of the Home and Business version, will cost $99, but is only available for students, faculty and staff of higher education institutions.

Office for Mac 2011 comes in 13 languages, including two new ones: Polish and Russian. This is on top of the English, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Spanish and Swedish versions, most of which will be released by the end of the year.

The system of Mac OS X is known for its simplicity, reliability and ease of use. Therefore, when the idea of development Snow Leopard , engineers Apple set themselves only one goal: to make a good system even better.
They pointed out areas where you can improve, accelerate and simplify the system – from the extraction of foreign carriers to install it. And in many respects they have managed to do an excellent excellent. This release – the way in which everything is ready, just download, unfolded it, and enjoy!

This is the OS installed under my system Phenom II x3 720, ASUS M4A89TD Pro, GTX 460, 4 Gb RAM.
The system is installed, updated – rabotet NIC Realtek 8111E, (speakers or headphones) ALC892 (if there is a crash during playback of sound – put a check in prefpanele as in the screenshot), it detects the CPU, RAM hardcoded.

To install:
1) BIOS settings: SATA = AHCI, C1E Support = Disable, Suspend mode = S3 only
2) to partition a capacity of ~ 48.8 Gb and make it active (in any format FS)
3) using Paragon Backup & Recovery ?, expand the contents of the image to a pre-created drive (48.8 GB)

amendment: if the installation goes one vinchesters windows, then section with windows is necessary to remove the activity (!) windows not boot from your bootloader, and will be loaded only through a chameleon. restores the return of activity on the partition with windows (for the seven activity will have to return to the disk “system reserved”). this should be taken into account.
4) boot from the hard drive
5) work (password for admin – 123)

Is guaranteed to work for mothers with Vidic M4A89 NVidia
As a download manager if you do not fit a chameleon, you can use Acronis OS Selector
